Super fantastic team! They helped me complete my Invisalign treatment that I still had going from Australia, they made everything super clear and easy. Did a free first consult and X-rays and then got everything finished up super quick and for a very good price! Julia was very helpful and nice, front desk girls were also lovely! all round 10/10 service.

Great experience and love my teeth!! The staff are all very friendly and so responsive anytime I had questions regarding treatment. It’s a beautiful office and they know who you are when you walk in. Eddy is THE BEST assistant ever. He is so kind, thorough, does a great job at explaining and taking his time with me. I felt like all my needs were met and im super picky.

I got my braces back in November 2024 and my experience has been nothing but amazing. The staff has been absolutely incredible and extremely attentive. Dr. Ehsani and Dr. Sabet both were knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I would often be scared of my progress because it took longer than anticipated but because I was keeping up with their instructions I didn’t get charged a fee for the extra time which I am forever grateful for. I am now wearing retainers and they got accidentally bent up. I told Dr. Ehsani what happened, he adjusted them, and sent me off with a new case to hold them individually so they don’t pull on each other. I could have gone to TJ to get this work done but I have no regrets whatsoever! I’m not afraid to smile anymore and highly recommend this place!

If you’re an adult thinking about Invisalign, this review is worth the read. I’m emotional. I had braces as a pre-teen, dog ate the retainer, and I never replaced it.
Fast forward 20 yrs to my dentist telling me I’m grinding my teeth down at night, so why not just do Invisalign and get a new retainer from that? My insurance even covered a portion of it.
As a 38 yr old, I was worried before starting the process because of adult-life cares: Is it simply too late at 38 to care about a “perfect smile”? Is it worth the cost and, truly, diligence on my part? Will I look like a 12-yr old with braces and lisping in corporate meetings? How the heck would I have time to go to regular office visits?
Oh, Elite Orthodontics has it all covered! They really worked with my schedule and even had a team member available to book an appt over text (game-changing SO convenient I wish ever Drs office did it). Office visits are fast and efficient. As I moved through the process, the Drs really listened to me and my goals: I wanted to stop grinding and destroying my teeth, straighten my “bunny”-looking front teeth, fix my sideways bite,…. BUT also not wear anything noticeable, take a break somewhere in there to get married without attachments glued on, travel for 2 months without an office visit — they worked with me so I could do it ALL. They gave me packages of aligners to swap out each week while I was gone. If I had a big event or something, I wouldn’t wear the aligners and no one would notice the Invisalign attachments. Of course, one full night without the aligners, and I could feel the teeth shift. The process took a bit longer because of these things that were totally my choices and asks, but we worked it out and got it done without any sort of impact to my lifestyle.
You know how you look in the mirror, and you are always your biggest critic? If I saw something happening with my teeth shifting that I didn’t understand or wanted differently, they LISTENED to me and worked with me so I understood in detail what was going on, the plan for next steps, the results of each of those steps….
At the end of the day, I got EVERYTHING I wanted, paid for, and went home with results beyond what I expected.
Now, at 40 years old, not only are my teeth healthy, my bite is perfect, “bunny” teeth beautifully aligned, and even the unexpected bonus of the before/after pics that showed the change in my facial profile. I look slimmer (even though I was at least 10+ lbs lighter weight in the “before” pic). Basically, it’s never too late. If you want to look younger, don’t go straight to a plastic surgeon. Start with your teeth. Teeth are such an important thing on your entire facial appearance and body health!
For adults especially, it is a very personal choice, investment, work, and journey. It’s your face. It’s your mouth.
If you live anywhere in San Diego county, you are lucky to have the option to go to Gennesee Ave and work with Elite Orthodontics as your partner through the journey. You won’t regret it.

I’ve verbally recommended this place a few time, so might as well put it in writing too! Dr Sabet is AMAZING! The staff is friendly & does a good job. I have a few favorites but I won’t name names because they all do a really great job! (I will give Ashley a special shout out though because there have been a few times I’ve needed to come early in the AM and its just her balancing a few clients but her care and treatment remains the same as if it was an office full of staff) In 5 years, I can count on 1 hand (and only a few fingers) any issues that I may have had (small issues, not deal breakers or anything that has left a bad taste in my mouth) and those things have all been taken care of immediately & with care.

I would recommend Elite time and time again! Love there work! They make sure you are walking out with a beautiful smile!!
