I got my braces back in November 2024 and my experience has been nothing but amazing. The staff has been absolutely incredible and extremely attentive. Dr. Ehsani and Dr. Sabet both were knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I would often be scared of my progress because it took longer than anticipated but because I was keeping up with their instructions I didn’t get charged a fee for the extra time which I am forever grateful for. I am now wearing retainers and they got accidentally bent up. I told Dr. Ehsani what happened, he adjusted them, and sent me off with a new case to hold them individually so they don’t pull on each other. I could have gone to TJ to get this work done but I have no regrets whatsoever! I’m not afraid to smile anymore and highly recommend this place!

I’ve verbally recommended this place a few time, so might as well put it in writing too! Dr Sabet is AMAZING! The staff is friendly & does a good job. I have a few favorites but I won’t name names because they all do a really great job! (I will give Ashley a special shout out though because there have been a few times I’ve needed to come early in the AM and its just her balancing a few clients but her care and treatment remains the same as if it was an office full of staff) In 5 years, I can count on 1 hand (and only a few fingers) any issues that I may have had (small issues, not deal breakers or anything that has left a bad taste in my mouth) and those things have all been taken care of immediately & with care.

I would recommend Elite time and time again! Love there work! They make sure you are walking out with a beautiful smile!!

They always work with you every single time, address all your concerns every single visit, and do all your request. My experience at Elite Orthodontics was everything you would hope for from an orthodontics office. The doctors, Dr. Ehsani and Dr. Sabet, are both so nice and professional in every consultation. The staff were always friendly and ready to answer any questions or concerns I had. In my initial consultation, they told me I would have my braces on for 12-18 months, and that’s exactly how long I did. It was quick and easy to reschedule appointments, if needed. Front desk was always accommodating to my needs. I would highly reccommend Elite Orthodontics if you are looking to get braces for the first time, or if you’re getting them again for the second or third time. The office is top tier.

Friendly staff! Happy with the results. My only words of advice here is take your consultation timeline with a grain of salt. I was quoted roughly 2 years and even my treatment plan stated this. I just finished and it’s almost 4 years to the day. I would have appreciated a little more transparency/insight along the way after the 2 years passed, and provided more info as to what’s happening and/or updated timelines other than just pushing along.
Either way the staff is beyond phenomenal and very professional.

Getting my braces done at Elite Orthodontist was one of the best decisions I’ve made. We have been coming to Elite Orthodontics for about 8 years. My son had an underbite that had to be treated in two phases. Dr. Ehsani has been beyond amazing. My son always looks forward to seeing him and his staff. He process yielded beautiful results without surgery. I was so impressed that I got a second round of braces here because I lost my retainer in college. My teeth are perfect thanks to Elite. I can't believe our time is coming to an end because Dr Ehsani has become like family. It's been a wonderful experience with perfect results. We will definitely be keeping in touch.

My daughter was given a referral to Elite from our dentist. But since they did not work with our insurance, I took my daughter to a few other places for consultations- and was shocked with either the amount of extractions or the rudeness. After all that, I decided to check out Elite, they had many great reviews. Our consultation went great- no extractions to make the braces fit. The Dr. answered all our questions, he explained the plan he thought best for my daughter and most importantly, he treated us kindly.
It was always easy to make and reschedule appointments, as long as you communicate with them- they work with you! Everyone is nice and welcoming. We loved our experience here so much that now my husband will be going for a consultation and getting braces himself.

I received a referral to this location from a friend and how glad I am that I decided to go through with the braces treatment that they provide. During the intial consultation, I met with Dr. Ehsani and he walked me through what he thought was the best plan for my specific situation. I was thoroughly informed of all procedures that would be necessary in order to move forward with my treatment as well as everything involving payment for the service and I decided to go with it.

Fast forward a little over two years and I could not be happier with the care that was provided or the results from the treatment at Elite Orthodontics!! During my first year of treatment I spent it coming in on the once a month Saturdays that they have available and it was great working mostly with Dr. Ehsani. In my second year, a change in schedule allowed me to visit at different times during the week which also allowed me the opportunity to work with different staff members that would make the rest of my treatment very enjoyable.

Having worked with both doctors in the clinic and a good majority of the support staff I want to give a special thanks to Dr. Sabet and Dani Navarro. The amount of knowledge and willingness to help that each of them have is second to none. Anytime there was a concern that was brought up, they were quick to provide me with a few different solutions, address the situation and put my mind at ease. They were always very attentive and always in a great mood which made for a welcoming environment for everyone in the clinic. That was very much appreciated.

Overall, I am very saitisfied with the quality of patient care from everyone in the establishment and I would highly recommend this team to anyone considering getting braces!

I started in March 2023 at the San Marcos office and then moved to the Elite Ortho office in San Diego. The staff is amazing — always friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. It was so easy to schedule and reschedule appointments.
